We’re excited and want your post to succeed so… Here are some specifications to assist us in helping you in this process.

Guidelines

Your guest post should include contextual history. Sure we all want to know the WHAT and HOW of a topic but we also need the WHY.

Sell your position/stance on the subject!

No cookie-cutter posts. You know the type. Give us your personality. Give us your experience with your advice.

Your guest post should strive for a competitive keyword. Need some inspiration – let us know and we’ll give you some help with the keyword research.

Relevancy. Straight-up – if your post idea is not relevant to our niche, it will be denied.

Please only submit original content. We will not publish duplicated content as it can have a negative impact on search engine rankings.

Specifications

Originality. If your article is accepted, you cannot publish the same article on your blog or anywhere else. In case you do, we will have to remove the post.

Check your grammar/spelling/punctuation. Please review before submitting it. It must be in English and easy to read.

Mark your relevant titles. Please mark your titles in the following format:

             “TITLE: [insert title]”

Mark your links. ***IMPORTANT*** No brand or affiliate links are allowed. If you list a business or attraction in your post, you MUST include a link to their website. Please mark your links with the following format:

             “(LINK: HTTPS://www.example.com)”

Post length. Posts should be no less than 2000 words, with 2500+ being ideal.

Headers. Use standard h1-h4 headers to separate your content into bite-size chunks for readers to find exactly what they’re looking for.

Paragraphs. Please keep paragraphs between 3 – 4 sentences.

Images. Please use only royalty-free images. Original photos are preferred, if not available creative commons license photos can be used if the linking source is provided so proper credit is issued. All images must be “medium” size for quick uploading, with the exception of the “header image”. Images will be used to promote on social media.

Title them and show their placement in your article e.g.:
